In this episode of Adventure Golf host Ian Cross takes a look back at the top ten courses he’s had the pleasure of playing. He begins at the edge of the Kalahari Desert, where he’s joined by PGA major champion, and hometown hero, Nick Price.
From there it’s a whirlwind trip, from the dude ranches of California, to the deserts of Dubai. For better or worse, if someone’s carved 18 holes in to the side of a mountain, or at the edge of a cliff, Ian is there to walk it, and his cumbersome slice is always along for the ride.
Ian is always ready to leave the course and take in some culture. The Dubai architecture and French vineyards make perfect pastimes after the scorecards are signed.
On some days the big game stand in the way of the big game. Ian has to deal with a few distractions on the course, most notably a giraffe and a hippopotamus in South Africa, along with the occasional lurking crocodile.
The world’s finest courses often come with the world’s finest amenities. Ian finds paradise tucked along the fairway in Bali, and off the coast of Singapore. It’s an incredible look at the upper echelon of one of the world’s biggest pastimes. Join Ian and find out which course deserves to be called Adventure Golf’s number one.
